1. General Conditions
The sale site http://www.mcrs-magnetball.be is a site for commerce which is accessible by means of the Internet and will be open for each Internet user.
These Sale Conditions apply to all offers on MCRS website. Every prospective purchaser is advised to read these Conditions of Sale carefully before placing an order.
2. To Order
Orders are possible by means of online shop or by e-mail info@K9-K4.be
On receipt of your online order, a Sale Agreement is sent to you, either online or by e-mail.
In accordance with the law of 9th July 2001, concerning the legal framework for electronic transactions, you are reminded that your electronic signature has the same value as a handwritten signature and is accepted as proof of authenticity when placing an order.
Your order details will be held in safe and durable computer records and will be considered as proof of contractual relations between both parties. Computer data is held exclusively for use by MCRS.
MCRS reserves to itself the right - without explanation - not carry out certain orders.
3. Prices
All prices include packing and VAT.
Prices are exclusive of transport, postage/carrier, payment, insurance and legal Fees.
MCRS reserve the right to alter prices and conditions of sale on their internet website, unless a Sale Agreement has already been entered into between the Seller and the Purchaser.
List of current prices appears on the last page of MCRS website, which should be consulted from time to time for up-to-date information.
4. Payment
Orders are dispatched upon complete payment (incl. port costs and eventual PayPal-costs) into the account of:

PLEASE NOTE: always quote the name of the recieving address and the date of the order with transfer of funds.
Payment must be made within the 7 days after confirmation of order and goods will be despatched after funds are received in our account.
5. Supply
All orders are dispatched to the address provided (no post boxes). MCRS is not responsible when a order returns because of wrong or incomplete address. Please make sure that you fill in your correct and complete address.
Upon receipt of payment, orders may take normaly up to 14 working days to complete.
MCRS strive to ensure that all products ordered by you are available. It may be, however, that not all products are in stock. In that case we will inform you immediately when this happens, in order that a suitable product may be made available, if you so wish.
If supply of any product is not possible for whatsoever reason, MCRS will consult with the Purchaser whether to supply another product, which would be similar in price and quality to the original order.
All products are dispatched in a complete and undamaged state, and MCRS is therefore not liable for damage to items after despatch. Once the products left our warehouse, the Carrier and Purchaser are responsible for the package. We wish to assure all our customers that every order will receive the utmost care and attention (also is double-checked), however it may be that occasionally only part of an order will be received.
To have proof of eventual damaged and-or missing items, the Puchaser has to open the package in front of the Carrier and write what's wrong on the Waybill. Double confirm the Carrier by writing him by Registered Mail the list of de damaged and-or missing items, this within 3 working days after reception. Also send us a copy of this letter. All damaged or missing items without written proof upon reception will not be accepted by us.
If a package is damaged very severe, refuse the package.
